Victoria is the Chief Operating Officer for CAP. Her leadership experience spans nearly two decades of managing national, state, and local compliance, business and reporting processes and operations. Victoria brings a solid game plan to the field of quality assurance processes. With a deep understanding of the importance and necessity of compliance, audit readiness and quality data, Victoria has a proven record of strong leadership and success in implementing audit readiness processes and executing quality “data to information to wisdom” processes.
With deep roots in entrepreneurial endeavors such as property development and management, Victoria continues her passion of respecting the past by her contributions and efforts to the revitalization of commercial and residential properties.
